The AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) held a Financial Planning and Literacy Seminar with the Tactical Operations Wing Northern Luzon (TOWNOL), PAF at Clark Air Base on April 8, 2026.

Over 50 TOWNOL personnel participated in the seminar, gaining insights for enhanced financial literacy. The discussion focused on budgeting, saving habits, and investing was led by Ms. Imelda Martin-Ramos, CPA and paired with a cooperative learning experience on budgeting and forecasting with Mr. Gil Ramos.
