The following requirements are needed:
- Two (2) 2x2 pictures
- Two (2) Valid IDs
- Php 200.00 - Membership fee
- Php 1,000.00 to Php 10,000.00 - Capital contribution
Personal appearance is required for membership filing. Please visit our available offices.
***If you plan to go to a Satellite Office to register for membership, kindly deposit your membership fee and capital contribution into our LBP Account:

Please present your proof of payment to the staff at the satellite office you will visit.

Yes, we do issue AFPFC MPC ID.
- For members who apply at our Main Office, the Coop ID will be provided upon registration. Once you complete the membership process, you will receive your ID right away.
- For those who apply at our Satellite Offices, please wait for a text message notification letting you know when your Coop ID is ready for pick-up.
- If you registered during events such as Information Drives, Booth Manned Sessions, Caravans, or Trade Fairs, your Coop ID will be made available at the nearest Satellite Office. Once it's ready, you will receive a text message informing you that you can pick it up.
***We aim to make sure you receive your Coop ID as soon as it’s ready, whether you applied at the main office or one of our satellite locations. Please be patient and stay tuned for our text updates.

- Yes, the passbook can be obtained at the AFPFC MPC Main Office. If you registered for membership at an AFPFC MPC Satellite Office, it will take 2-3 weeks before you can receive it, as it will be sent from the Main Office to the Satellite Office where you applied for membership.

- Yes, AFPFC MPC allows former members to rejoin, provided you still meet the qualifications outlined in our current Membership By-laws. The requirements are the same as those for new members.

- Members of a cooperative are required to subscribe for shares through Capital Contribution. Based on revised IRR of 9520, the share capital contribution of the members are considered as equity and shall NOT be withdrawn while the membership subsists.

- If you have changed your cell phone number, please inform us immediately so we can update your contact information in our system and ensure you stay updated with our announcements.

- Updating your account does not require a specific date. However, if you have changed your address, contact number, status, or any other important details, please inform us so we can update your information in our system.

Here’s the Membership Termination Process:
Eligibility: You can request to terminate your membership if you have no loan balance, and your account is in good standing.
Visit the Office: Go to the nearest AFPFC MPC Office in your area to notify them of your intention to terminate your membership.
Counseling Session: You will need to undergo a counseling session as part of the process.
Surrender Documents: If you decide not to continue your membership, you will need to surrender your AFPFC MPC Passbook, ID, and Share Certificate (if you have one).
Withdrawal Processing: Once all documents are submitted, the withdrawal of all funds in your account will be processed.
