Cebu SO relocates to improve access for Kamay-Ari of Cebu and Central Visayas
The AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) Cebu Satellite Office has officially relocated to Unit 2-K, G & A Arcade, Wilson Street corner Pasteur, Brgy. Apas, Cebu City.
On October 15, 2026, an intimate blessing and inauguration was held at the new office with the AFPFC MPC Board of Directors led by the Chairman, CAPT DANILO A MEMBRERE PN (RET), Cooperative Officers including CMS RODOLFO CANTALEJO PAF (RET), Board Secretary and Ms Babylinda Nohay, Treasurer, representatives from the Elected and Appointed Committees, and Cooperative Management and Staff led by the General Manager LTC BENJIE A ARCIAGA PA (RET).
In his opening remarks, Vice Chairman COL EDILBERTO P CARNIYAN PA (RET) highlighted the importance of the move – ensuring Kamay-Ari have access to the products and services of their Cooperative.
In his Message from the Chairman, CAPT MEMBRERE PN (RET) emphasized that this move is a step towards the ongoing expansion of the Cooperative and expressed his appreciation for the members and staff who toil for more personnel and employees to enjoy the superior products and services of AFPFC MPC.
REV FR (CPT) JOHN PAUL R TANQUIS, CHS, of Saint Jude Thaddeus Chapel presided over the blessing of the new office and also signed up for membership after the ceremony.
