Credit Line with Landbank of the Philippines expanded for FY2026

The AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) Board of Directors together with the representatives from Landbank of the Philippines during the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement .

The AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) increased its credit line with the Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) from Php 1.5B to Php 2.5B, through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony  on April 27, 2026 at the AFPFC MPC Main Office. The higher credit line aims to expand the facility for the Cooperative’s products and services, strengthening its financial flexibility in the coming fiscal year.

Chairman of the Board CAPT DANILO A MEMBRERE PN (Ret), together with the AFPFC MPC Board of Directors and Cooperative Officers, welcomed the guests from LBP, Assistant Vice President - Microfinance Institutions Department Ms Arlene R. Columbano, Ms Glenda Ferrer, Account Officer, and Ms Henni Lynne Ignacio, Account Assistant.

With a membership base of more than 49,000 and assets exceeding Php 10B, the Cooperative’s stability and capacity are further amplified by the continued confidence of its banking partner.

The new credit line is geared towards enhancing the Cooperative’s products and services, support service delivery, and respond more effectively to the evolving financial needs of a growing membership.

The renewed facility also reflects AFPFC MPC’s continuing efforts to strengthen its institutional partnerships and maintain readiness to cater the financial needs of all Kamay-ari and also for future growth.
