Coop institutional relations with SOLCOM, AFPFC, and NAPOLCOM bolstered

Further boosting its stakeholder relationships, the AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) had courtesy engagements with the AFP Southern Luzon Command (SOLCOM), the AFP Finance Center (AFPFC), and the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) at their respective headquarters in the first half of September 2025.

AFPFC MPC made a series of visits to different stakeholders this first half of September 2025.

Southern Luzon Command

On September 10, 2025, the AFPFC MPC Board of Directors met with LTGEN CERILO C BALAORO JR PA, the newly-installed SOLCOM Commander, Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City. During the visit, the Board of Directors discussed with LTGEN BALAORO the partnership opportunities available between AFPFC MPC and SOLCOM to launch initiatives to support the welfare of its personnel and community.

National Police Commission

The AFPFC MPC Board of Directors conducted its first courtesy engagement with the NAPOLCOM at the NAPOLCOM Building, Quezon City on September 12, 2025. The AFPFC MPC contingent was warmly received by NAPOLCOM Commissioner Atty. Rafael Vicente Calinisan, Vice Chairperson and Executive Officer (VCEO), who is also an existing member of the Cooperative.

As a first step to nurturing AFPFC MPC’s ties and possible collaborative projects with NAPOLCOM, the visiting group had the distinct opportunity to present its products and services to VCEO Calinisan and the NAPOLCOM officials present.

AFP Finance Center

Prior to the visit to NAPOLCOM, the Cooperative contingent paid a visit to BGEN MANOLITO F MONTIEL PA, the recently-appointed Chief of the AFP Finance Center at Camp General Emilio Aguindalo on September 12, 2025. As part of the engagement, the Board of Directors extended its warm congratulations to Chief, AFPFC and discussed avenues to further strengthen the collaboration between the center and the Cooperative.
