AFPFC MPC pays courtesy visit to 2ID

The AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) paid a courtesy visit to the 2nd Infantry “Jungle Fighter” Division (2ID), Philippine Army at Camp Mateo, Capinpin, Tanay, Rizal on May 8, 2025.

Led by AFPFC MPC Chairman of the Board MGEN Rizaldo B Limoso, the Board of Directors met with 2ID Commander MGEN Cerilo C Balaoro Jr. PA for a productive engagement session at the 2ID Hall of Flags, where they discussed the collaboration opportunities between the Cooperative and the Division.

After the engagement, the Board of Directors headed to the 2ID Covered Court for the formal turnover of donated AV and IT equipment, monoblock chairs, and foldable tables.

Following a brief program, Chairman Limoso expressed his hopes that the donations would contribute to 2ID’s success. “It’s a [great] opportunity for us to provide m‘yung kailangan niyong equipment para magawa ang inyong tungkulin,” said Chairman Limoso in his message.


The visit proved to be productive in finding avenues for collaboration between AFPFC MPC and 2ID.

MGEN Balaoro likewise reciprocated his gratitude for AFPFC MPC’s donations, sharing that the donated equipment will greatly contribute to the ongoing consolidation of the 2ID Mess Hall alongside its other improvements.

“[This marks] another milestone in the continuing partnership between the AFPFC MPC and the Jungle Fighter Division,” he said.


Demonstrating its commitment to financial empowerment, AFPFC MPC also conducted an information drive for the 2ID troops present, discussing the Cooperative’s member benefits alongside its products and services.
