The AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) has launched the Kalingang Koop: Serbisyong Medikal tungo sa Masiglang Pangangatawan (Medical Mission and Hygiene Kits Distribution), a program that provides free medical services. The pilot beneficiary of this program is the Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) and 150 of their personnel received the various medical and dental services, hygiene kits, and prescription glasses.

The Camp Aquino Dental Dispensary (CADD) partnered with the AFPFC MPC to celebrate Dental Health Month with the personnel of NOLCOM. Their contingent was led by COL EMMANUEL P CUADRA DS (GSC), Commanding Officer of CADD, together with LTC JANICE V CASTILLO DS, LTC JHUN E GLORIANI DS, and LTC ROBIN F TENDENCIA DS provided dentistry procedures such as: Oral Prophylaxis and Cavity Varnish Application as part of their ongoing Preventive Dentistry Program. These procedures were implemented through the facilities of the Dental Health Bus, a program of the Department of Health.

The Basic Laboratory Services rendered include tests for Creatinine, Fasting/Random Blood Sugar, Uric Acid, Total Cholesterol, Serum Glutamic-Pyruvic Transaminase (SGPT), Urinalysis, and ECG brought by the partners: Generika Drugstore and Kinghealth Medical Clinic and Laboratory.

Comprehensive eye check-ups were brought by Executive Optical. The check-up also included new prescription glasses. Beneficiaries got to choose from a variety of designs to match their new glasses with their personal aesthetic.
